Hello everyone! I am Ms. Sharif and this is going to be my fourth year of teaching high school English, and second year with the amazing team at YCCS-West. I love incorporating film, music, popular media and current events into my teaching. You can always expect my classroom to be social justice-oriented and student-centered. I am very passionate about building community and working with the youth. The state of our world is anything but ordinary, and I just wanted to remind you that we are all in this together.
