Process for Addressing Parent and Community Concerns

Parents or community members should contact the principal of the relevant campus with any concerns. If the campus is unable to resolve the concern, contact YCCS’ Strategic Operation Department (SOD). SOD collects the details regarding any concern and follows up to ensure all proper procedures are followed and that the issue is resolved.
