¨ Name of Student while attending school
¨ Date of Birth
¨ Phone Number
¨ Email Address
¨ Mailing Address
¨ Campus they attended and Year
Education verifications and transcripts can be sent to their email address but duplicate diplomas can be mailed or picked up once it is completed. You can cc: dawhittmon and lilian@nullyccs.org on all requests to ensure tasks are completed on a timely basis.
