Ms. Crystal Corral is a first-generation Latina and mental health professional, nature lover, and yoga teacher. She is currently employed at Lurie Children’s Hospital as a Psychiatry Intake Coordinator. First introduced to yoga in 2012, Ms. Corral fell in love with Yoga’s benefits and wanted to share those benefits with others.
