The Rise of a New Global Majority

Racial and ethnic demographics are changing in America. American citizens, once referred to as racial and ethnic minorities, will become the majority population by 2042. This shift is and will continue to have a significant impact on American culture, economy, and politics. As America becomes more multicultural, what does this diversity mean for our student’s futures? What will be the impact of this demographic shift on the issues of equality, economic and social justice that are important to our communities? Investigate these issues on our changing political and social landscape.
